释义	法律分析：乙肝病毒携带者并不传染，可照常工作和学习。不属于急性传染病人员，依法应当拘押的，看守所应予收押。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑事诉讼法》第一百五十六条对犯罪嫌疑人逮捕后的侦查羁押期限不得超过两个月。如果犯罪嫌疑人在逮捕以前已被拘留的，拘留的期限不包括在侦查羁押期限之内。一般情况下，侦查机关应当在法律规定的侦查羁押期限内侦查终结案件。
