释义	反倾销(Anti-Dmping)指对外国商品在本国市场上的倾销所采取的抵制措施。一般是对倾销的外国商品除征收一般进口税外，再增收附加税，使其不能廉价出售，此种附加税称为“反倾销税”。反倾销中的出口价格相对正常价格，其确定方法相对较容易一些。一般情况下，以交易中的商业发票所表示的金额为准。如无出口价格(如易货贸易)或出口价格不可靠(如出口商与进口商存在伙伴关系)，则应使用被控倾销产品首次向独立商人转售的价格作为出口价格。
