释义	法律分析：我国目前没有传播艾滋病罪，传播艾滋病构成传播性病罪，会判处五年以下有期徒刑、拘役或者管制，并处罚金。传播性病罪是指明知自己患有梅毒、淋病等严重性病而又卖淫、嫖娼的行为。法律依据《中华人民共和国刑法》第十四条明知自己的行为会发生危害社会的结果，并且希望或者放任这种结果发生，因而构成犯罪的，是故意犯罪。故意犯罪，应当负刑事责任。《中华人民共和国刑法》第三百六十条明知自己患有梅毒、淋病等严重性病卖淫、嫖娼的，处五年以下有期徒刑、拘役或者管制，并处罚金。
