释义	法律分析：赠与的房产还未过户或该赠与未经公证的，赠与人可以撤销赠与。如果赠与的房屋产权已经转移，受赠人有下列情形之一的,赠与人也可以撤销赠与: (一)严重侵害赠与人或者赠与人近亲属的台法权益; (二)对赠与人有扶养义务而不履行: (三)不履行赠与合同约定的义务。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第六百五十八条赠与人在赠与财产的权利转移之前可以撤销赠与。经过公证的赠与合同或者依法不得撤销的具有救灾。挑助残等公益道德义务性质的赠与合同，不适用前款规定。
