释义	法律分析：自信过失犯罪是指已经预见到自己的行为可能会发生危害社会的结果，而轻信能够避免，以致发生这种结果。一般情况下，过失犯罪只有在造成了严重危害社会的结果时刑法才将其规定为犯罪，行为人才承担刑事责任，所以行为的社会危害性不是表现在主观意志上，而是体现在客观效果上。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑法》第十五条应当预见自己的行为可能发生危害社会的结果，因为疏忽大意而没有预见，或者已经预见而轻信能够避免，以致发生这种结果的，是过失犯罪。过失犯罪，法律有规定的才负刑事责任。
