一、车坏了不开了要注销吗
车坏了不开了要注销报废。具体流程如下：
1、报废汽车的拥有者应当向车管所办理机动车报废手续；
2、车管所将出具《机动车报废证明》，并告知其将报废汽车交售给报废汽车回收企业；
3、报废汽车的拥有者应当及时将报废汽车交售给报废汽车回收企业；
4、回收企业再向报废汽车的拥有者出具《报废汽车回收证明》。
二、私家车可以异地报废吗
可以异地申请报废。一般因交通事故等原因车辆损坏无法在本市机动车回收企业交售报废机动车的，机动车所有人可以向车辆所在地机动车回收企业交售报废机动车，机动车回收企业确认车辆解体后，向机动车所有人出具《报废机动车回收证明》，并将机动车登记证书、号牌、行驶证等交报废地车辆管理所。
三、报废的定义是什么
报废指车辆达到一定使用年限，或因其他原因造成车辆严重损坏或技术状况低劣、且无法修复、耗油量超过标准规定值50%、依照规定所有人应当将机动车交售给报废机动车回收拆解企业，由报废机动车回收拆解企业按规定进行登记、拆解、销毁等处理，并将报废机动车登记证书、号牌、行驶证交公安机关交通管理部门注销。

《报废汽车回收管理办法》
第十二条报废汽车拥有单位或者个人应当及时将报废汽车交售给报废汽车回收企业。
任何单位或者个人不得将报废汽车出售、赠予或者以其他方式转让给非报废汽车回收企业的单位或者个人；不得自行拆解报废汽车。
第十三条报废汽车回收企业对回收的报废汽车应当逐车登记；发现回收的报废汽车有盗窃、抢劫或者其他犯罪嫌疑的，应当及时向公安机关报告。
报废汽车回收企业不得拆解、改装、拼装、倒卖有犯罪嫌疑的汽车及其'五大总成'和其他零配件。
