释义	法律分析: 发票金额不对，发票是当月开具的，当月可以作废后重新开具。在发票开具的过程中，如果发票开具有误，当月可以直接作废，并按照正确的内容重新开具。如果是跨月，不能作废，但是可以冲红后，再重新开具正确的。《中华人民共和国发票管理办法》第十九条销售商品、提供服务以及从事其他经营活动的单位和个人，对外发生经营业务收取款项，收款方应当向付款方开具发票；特殊情况下，由付款方向收款方开具发票。
