释义	法律分析：必须到场，无论在押还是取保候审，宣判时，被告人本人是必须到场的，辩护律师可以选择到庭。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑事诉讼法》第二百零六条在审判过程中，有下列情形之一，致使案件在较长时间内无法继续审理的，可以中止审理： (一)被告人患有严重疾病，无法出庭的； (二)被告人脱逃的； (三)自诉人患有严重疾病，无法出庭，未委托诉讼代理人出庭的； (四)由于不能抗拒的原因。中止审理的原因消失后，应当恢复审理。中止审理的期间不计入审理期限。
