童工的年龄是多少岁？
释义
未满十六周岁的未成年人为童工。用人单位非法招用未满16周岁的未成年人的，由劳动行政部门责令改正，处以罚款；情节严重的，由市场监督管理部门吊销营业执照。文艺、体育和特种工艺单位招用未满十六周岁的未成年人，必须遵守国家有关规定。

《中华人民共和国劳动法》 第十五条 禁止用人单位招用未满十六周岁的未成年人。文艺、体育和特种工艺单位招用未满十六周岁的未成年人，必须遵守国家有关规定，履行审批手续，并保障其接受义务教育的权利。
