释义	女儿没有义务偿还娘家的债务。债务具有相对性，也就是说谁欠的债务由谁来偿还，娘家欠的债务由债务人自己负责偿还，女儿没有共同偿还或者代替偿还的义务。除非女儿继承了债务人的遗产，此时需要以继承遗产的价值为限来承担债务偿还责任。法律依据《民法典》第一千一百六十一条，继承人以所得遗产实际价值为限清偿被继承人依法应当缴纳的税款和债务。超过遗产实际价值部分，继承人自愿偿还的不在此限。继承人放弃继承的，对被继承人依法应当缴纳的税款和债务可以不负清偿责任。
