释义	介绍贿赂罪既遂一般判三年以下有期徒刑或者拘役，并处罚金。介绍贿赂人在被追诉前主动交待介绍贿赂行为的，可以减轻处罚或者免除处罚。介绍贿赂罪就是在行贿人和受贿人之间进行联系、沟通，促使贿赂得以实现的行为。行为人知道有人要向国家工作人员行贿而故意进行介绍。如果行为人不知道行贿人有给付国家工作人员财物的意图，而从中帮忙联系的，即使行贿人事实上暗中给予了国家工作人员以财物的，该介绍人也不构成介绍贿赂罪。法律依据《中华人民共和国刑法》第三百九十二条
