释义	超过50克黄金须向海关要交20%消费税。【本文关联的相关法律依据】《中华人民共和国进出口关税条例》第三十六条纳税义务人对海关确定的进出口货物的征税、减税、补税或者退税等有异议时，应当先按照海关核定的税额缴纳税款，然后自海关填发税款缴纳证之日起30日内，向海关书面申请复议。逾期申请复议的，海关不予受理。第三十七条海关应当自收到复议申请之日起15日内作出复议决定。纳税义务人对复议决定不服的，可以自收到复议决定书之日起15日内，向海关总署申请复议。
