释义	法律分析：依据我国民事诉讼法的规定，人民法院用普通程序审理案件时，要在六个月内审判，如果有特殊情况要延长的，要经院长批准，再延长的要上级法院批准，当事人对开庭一年没判决有异议的，可以向上级人民法院反映情况。《中华人民共和国民事诉讼法》第一百四十九条人民法院适用普通程序审理的案件，应当在立案之日起六个月内审结。有特殊情况需要延长的，由本院院长批准，可以延长六个月;还需要延长的，报请上级人民法院批准。第一百六十一条人民法院适用简易程序审理案件，应当在立案之日起三个月内审结。
