释义	法律分析：一般来讲，如果是通过正规渠道办理就比较可靠。可以有三种方式出国工作，一是可以通过劳务派遣公司代为办理。二是以职业移民的形式出国。三是通过海外公司下发邀请函的形式。而对于一般阶层的人来讲，主要是通过劳务派遣公司或者职业移民公司办理出国工作。对此，当事人要谨慎分辨，避免上当受骗。法律依据：《劳务派遣暂行规定》第十八条劳务派遣单位跨地区派遣劳动者的，应当在用工单位所在地为被派遣劳动者参加社会保险，按照用工单位所在地的规定缴纳社会保险费，被派遣劳动者按照国家规定享受社会保险待遇。
