释义	抚恤费是发放给受供养人的，属于受供养人的财产而不是死者遗产，不能以遗产继承的方法分割。所谓抚恤金又称抚恤费，是由国家或者有关单位依照有关规定发放给死者家属或伤残职工的费用。国家机关、企事业单位和社会团体的职工，因公负伤被确定为残废、完全丧失劳动能力不能工作的，有关国家机关、企事业单位或社会团体应发给伤残职工抚恤金，直至伤残职工死亡时为止。
