释义	法律分析：被吊销的营业执照是不会自动注销的。如果营业执照被吊销，一定要去办理注销手续，不然被吊销的企业法定代表人和股东可能会被工商局列入黑名单，严重的3年内无法使用自己名字注册公司，并且个人信用的不良记录会保持7年，还会罚款。所以说，被吊销营业执照不处理的话，对法定代表人的影响是很大的。法律依据：《中华人民共和国公司法》第一百八十八条：公司清算结束后，清算组应当制作清算报告，报股东会、股东大会或者人民法院确认，并报送公司登记机关，申请注销公司登记，公告公司终止。
