释义	法律分析：共同诉讼是指一方或者双方为两人以上，诉讼标的同种类或者同一个诉讼标的，法院让我合并审理并且当事人也同意合并审理的。其中因诉讼标的同一而必须合并的称之为必要共同诉讼，诉讼标的同一种类，法院认为可以合并，并且当事人也同意合并的审理的称之为普通共同诉讼。分为普通共同诉讼和必要的共同诉讼。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民事诉讼法》第五十二条当事人一方或者双方为二人以上，其诉讼标的是共同的，或者诉讼标的是同一种类、人民法院认为可以合并审理并经当事人同意的，为共同诉讼。
