法律分析：减免所得税额,是国家税务总局对小型微利企业年应纳税所得额低于一定金额的予以一定比例的减免企业所得税的优惠金额。 抵扣应纳税所得额是指按照税法规定在计算应纳税所得额时不属于扣除项目的投资,准予按照一定比例直接抵扣应纳税所得额的一种税收优惠方式。
法律依据：《中华人民共和国企业所得税法》 第九条 企业发生的公益性捐赠支出，在年度利润总额12％以内的部分，准予在计算应纳税所得额时扣除；超过年度利润总额12％的部分，准予结转以后三年内在计算应纳税所得额时扣除。
