释义	劳动仲裁时需要提供考勤记录，是可以要求公司提供的，但是公司提供的考勤不一定真实。如果在仲裁阶段，劳动者有证据证明有效证据由用人单位保存的，用人单位应当提供，如果仲裁委认为该证据对案件由一定的影响，仲裁委可以要求用人单位提供，用人单位不提供的，应当承担举证不能的法律后果。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》第四十七条经济补偿按劳动者在本单位工作的年限，每满一年支付一个月薪资的标准向劳动者支付。六个月以上不满一年的，按一年计算；不满六个月的，向劳动者支付半个月薪资的经济补偿。
