释义	法律分析: 浮动抵押是指抵押人以其现有的和将来取得的全部财产或部分财产设定抵押权的担保制度。与固定抵押相比，浮动抵押最显著的特征在于其“浮动性”，即抵押财产的不特定性和变动性。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国民法典》第三百九十六条企业、个体工商户、农业生产经营者可以将现有的以及将有的生产设备、原材料、半成品、产品抵押，债务人不履行到期债务或者发生当事人约定的实现抵押权的情形，债权人有权就抵押财产确定时的动产优先受偿。
