新生儿出生证可以改名字吗

释义

法律主观：

小孩出生证明名字一般是无法更改的。因为出生证明是医院签发的，为了严格管理，医院签发时也要在卫生部门的内部网站进行备案。但是以后可以在户口本上更改，姓名以户口本上的为准。

法律客观：

《户口登记条例》第十八条公民变更姓名，依照下列规定办理：（一）未满十八周岁的人需要变更姓名的时候，由本人或者父母、收养人向户口登记机关申请变更登记；（二）十八周岁以上的人需要变更姓名的时候，由本人向户口登记机关申请变更登记。
