释义	法律分析：网上卖假货是违法行为，有可能涉嫌犯罪。如果是违法行为一般处其销售产品货值金额百分之五十以上三倍以下的罚款，并且会没收其货品和违法所得；如果是犯罪行为，一般处最高三年有期徒刑或者拘役，并处或单处罚金，严重的处最低三年，最高七年有期徒刑，并处罚金。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑法》第二百一十四条销售明知是假冒注册商标的商品，销售金额数额较大的，处三年以下有期徒刑或者拘役，并处或者单处罚金;销售金额数额巨大的，处三年以上七年以下有期徒刑，并处罚金。
