释义	法律分析：会的。负同等责任虽然不会吊销驾驶证，但是会造成B以上驾驶证降级，并且今后再也不能申请增驾B以上驾驶证。法律依据：《机动车驾驶证申领和使用》：第七十八条持有大型客车、牵引车、城市公交车、中型客车、大型货车驾驶证的驾驶人有下列情形之一的，车辆管理所应当注销其最高准驾车型驾驶资格，并通知机动车驾驶人在三十日内办理降级换证业务：（一）发生交通事故造成人员死亡，承担同等以上责任，未构成犯罪的；（二）在一个记分周期内有记满12分记录的；（三）连续三个记分周期不参加审验的。
