释义	人行道上行驶电动车算违规，与逆行无关。电动车属于非机动车，应该在非机动车道内顺向行驶。在人行道上行驶电动车与在非机动车道内逆向行驶，都算是违法行为。《中华人民共和国道路交通安全法》第二十五条机动车驾驶员违反本办法，有下列行为之一的，处二百元罚款，可以处吊扣十二个月驾驶证：(一)驾驶禁止驶入高速公路的机动车驶入高速公路的;(二)不按规定超车或者变更车道的;(三)在高速公路上倒车、逆行或者穿越中央分隔带掉头、转弯的;(四)不按规定停车的。该内容由王婧律师和点行律询共创回答
