释义	法律分析：分为四个类型，共十种方法。四个类型是：文义解释；论理解释；比较法解释和社会学解释。其中论理解释包括七种方法：体系解释；立法解释；扩张解释；限缩解释；当然解释；目的解释和合宪性解释。法律依据：《中华人民共和国立法法》第四十五条法律解释权属于全国人民代表大会常务委员会。法律有以下情况之一的，由全国人民代表大会常务委员会解释：（一）法律的规定需要进一步明确具体含义的；（二）法律制定后出现新的情况，需要明确适用法律依据的。
