释义	律师分析：承诺撤回后没有效力。承诺撤回是指承诺人在承诺发出之后，承诺生效之前，通知要约人收回承诺，以消灭承诺的行为。撤回的通知必须在承诺生效之前到达要约人，或与承诺通知同时到达要约人，撤回才能生效。【法律依据】：《中华人民共和国民法典》第四百八十一条承诺应当在要约确定的期限内到达要约人。要约没有确定承诺期限的，承诺应当依照下列规定到达：(一)要约以对话方式作出的，应当即时作出承诺;(二)要约以非对话方式作出的，承诺应当在合理期限内到达。
