释义	法律分析：企业合并，合并后存续或者新设立的建筑企业可以继承合并前各方中较高的资质等级，但是应当符合相应的资质等级的标准条件。法律依据：《中华人民共和国建筑法》第六十六条建筑施工企业转让、出借资质证书或者以其他方式允许他人以本企业的名义承揽工程的，责令改正，没收违法所得，并处罚款，可以责令停业整顿，降低资质等级；情节严重的，吊销资质证书。对因该项承揽工程不符合规定的质量标准造成的损失，建筑施工企业与使用本企业名义的单位或者个人承担连带赔偿责任。
