问题	上诉驳回还能再次上诉吗
释义	驳回上诉之后不能再次进行上诉，可以在生效后六个月内申请再审。上诉被驳回一般属于正常的司法程序，只要判决过程正当合理，是必须要遵守的。但这并不意味着后续无法上诉了。在经过一定的期限后，上诉人还是可以继续上诉请求的。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民事诉讼法》第二百零五条当事人申请再审，应当在判决、裁定发生法律效力后六个月内提出；有本法第二百条第一项、第三项、第十二项、第十三项规定情形的，自知道或者应当知道之日起六个月内提出。该内容由陈亚楠律师和点行律询共创回答
