购房合同不公平怎么办
释义
当事人一方订立购房合同后，发现合同显失公平，可以协商变更。如果协商不成，当事人一方有权请求人民法院或者仲裁机构变更或者撤销该合同。当事人请求变更的，人民法院或仲裁机构不得撤销。
法律依据：
《中华人民共和国民法典》第一百四十七条
基于重大误解实施的民事法律行为，行为人有权请求人民法院或者仲裁机构予以撤销。
