租的房子隔壁死人了怎么办 -房屋租赁

法律分析：
出租人应当按照约定将租赁物交付承租人，并在租赁期限内保持租赁物符合约定的用途。租的房子隔壁有人去世，就要看合同是否对此作出了约定，有约从约，如果没有约定，承租人不能以此为理由解除合同。但是可以和出租人协商解决问题，如寻求转租等。
