释义	公司的财产是属于公司所有，不能用来清偿股东的债务。根据《公司法》规定，公司是独立的法人，其财产独立于任何人，对外独立享有权利或者承担责任。但是，股东享有的该公司的股权可以作为其财产进行评估、拍卖，就所得价款清偿股东债务。法律依据《中华人民共和国公司法》第三十五条经股东同意转让的出资，在同等条件下，其他股东对该出资有优先购买权。
