法律分析：
第一步是填表，需要在中国版权保护中心的网站填写计算机软件著作权登记的申请表，申请表填写完成后会生成受理号，您需要将申请表打印出来，并盖章或者签字。第二步是提交书面材料，需要向中国版权保护中心提交申请文件，申请文件包括：盖章的申请表、申请人的主体资格证明资料、计算机软件源代码的前30页和后30页如果不足60页的，应当全部提交以及权属证明材料。第三步是受理，著作权登记文件初步审查通过后，版权保护中心会受理，根据目前的政策，国家是免收计算机软件著作权登记的费用的。第四部是审查。

《中华人民共和国著作权法》 第八条 著作权人和与著作权有关的权利人可以授权著作权集体管理组织行使著作权或者与著作权有关的权利。著作权集体管理组织被授权后，可以以自己的名义为著作权人和与著作权有关的权利人主张权利，并可以作为当事人进行涉及著作权或者与著作权有关的权利的诉讼、仲裁活动。著作权集体管理组织是非营利性组织，其设立方式、权利义务、著作权许可使用费的收取和分配，以及对其监督和管理等由国务院另行规定。
