释义	新劳动合同法规定，劳动者一天工作时间原则上不超过8小时，一周不超过44小时。如果你们一周工作六天，但每天只工作比如7小时，加起来是42小时，并不违反规定，但如果已经超过44小时，则属于违反劳动法的行为。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动法》第三十六条国家实行劳动者每日工作时间不超过八小时、平均每周工作时间不超过四十四小时的工时制度。第三十八条用人单位应当保证劳动者每周至少休息一日。
