释义	法律分析：不是一回事。两者是完全不同的。契税发票是由税局开具的，名称是“契税完税证明”。是税局收到契税款后，开具给交款人的完税证明。契税收据只是房产商预收契税钱时开具的收据。是房产商收到款项的证明。但房产商预收小业主的契税后，会统一交给税局的，税局收到钱后，才会开具契税发票。法律依据：《契税暂行条例》第一条　在中华人民共和国境内转移土地、房屋权属，承受的单位和个人为契税的纳税人，应当依照本条例的规定缴纳契税。
