释义	法律分析：不分年龄，低保没有年龄限制。按照我国国务院《农村五保供养工作条例》的规定，领取低保的对象主要是： 1、无经济来源、无劳动能力、无法定赡养人或抚养人的； 2、领取失业救济金期间或失业救济期满仍未能重新就业，家庭人均月收入低于低保标准的。法律依据：《农村五保供养工作条例》第六条老年、残疾或者未满16周岁的村民，无劳动能力、无生活来源又无法定赡养、抚养、扶养义务人，或者其法定赡养、抚养、扶养义务人无赡养、抚养、扶养能力的，享受农村五保供养待遇。
