释义	法律分析: 民法典规定没有债权债务的合同转让有效，只要转让的行为符合法律规定，债权转让的应当通知债务人，没有通知的，转让行为对债务人无效，债务转让应当取得债权人的同意，债权人不同意的，该转让也无效。法律依据:《《中华人民共和国民法典》》第五百四十六条【债权转让通知】债权人转让债权，未通知债务人的，该转让对债务人不发生效力。债权转让的通知不得撤销，但是经受让人同意的除外。
