释义	债权转让之后一般不需要重新写借条，需要写的是债权转让协议，这样原来的借条就会被债权转让协议所取代。但是债权转让协议必须要对债务人进行书面通知，没有通知的，转让协议对债务人没有效力。根据相关法律规定，债权人转让债权，未通知债务人的，该转让对债务人不发生效力。债权转让的通知不得撤销，但是经受让人同意的除外。法律依据《民法典》第五百四十六条
