释义	产品销售者责任是指实施使产品流通的销售行为的人,对于其所销售的产品因缺陷致人损害所应承担的民事责任。因销售者的过错使产品存在缺陷，造成他人损害的，销售者应当承担侵权责任。销售者不能指明缺陷产品的生产者也不能指明缺陷产品的供货者的，销售者应当承担侵权责任。法律依据《民法典》第一千二百零七条
