自然人间借款未约定借款利息的，出借人是否有权要求借款人支付利息
释义
根据我国法律规定，自然人之间的借款合同对支付利息没有约定或者约定不明确的，视为不支付利息。借款人未按照约定的期限返还借款的，应当按照约定或者国家有关规定支付逾期利息。所以，可以要求你朋友按照银行同期利率支付超过还款日期期间的利息。
