定金写了无条件退款可以退吗

法律分析：不能退。接受定金方违约可要求双倍返还定金。关于定金是否可以无条件退还，定金的效力取决于双方当事人的约定。双方当事人如果没有约定，定金的性质主要是预付款，卖方违约时，应无条件退款;买方违约时，可以与卖方协商解决并要求对方退款。如果双方当事人另有约定，则按照约定执行。
法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》 第五百八十八条 当事人既约定违约金，又约定定金的，一方违约时，对方可以选择适用违约金或者定金条款。定金不足以弥补一方违约造成的损失的，对方可以请求赔偿超过定金数额的损失。
