释义	这张支票就失效了，只能让出票人再重开一张支票。持票人对支票出票人的权利，自出票日起6个月；也就是说自出票日起6个月内，有权要求对方重新开这张支票，拥有追索权。支票的有效期为10天，日期首尾算一天。节假日顺延。超过付款期的支票，银行不予受理。法律依据《中华人民共和国票据法》第九十一条支票的持票人应当自出票日起十日内提示付款;异地使用的支票，其提示付款的期限由中国人民银行另行规章。超过提示付款期限的，付款人可以不予付款;付款人不予付款的，出票人仍应当对持票人承担票据责任。
