下班途中自己摔死了单位有责任吗

法律分析：下班途中自己摔死了单位没有责任。下班途中自己摔死，是自己应承担的责任，不是工伤伤，也不能视同工伤，所以单位没有责任。只有：1、上下班途中，在合理的时间与路线，遭受非本人主要责任的交通事故或者城市轨道交通、客运轮渡、火车事故伤害的；2、参加抢险救灾等维护国家利益、公共利益活动中受到伤害的，才符合视同工伤。
法律依据：《工伤保险条例》
第十四条 在上下班途中，受到非本人主要责任的交通事故或者城市轨道交通、客运轮渡、火车事故伤害的，应当认定为工伤。
