法律依据：
《建设工程质量管理条例》 第六十九条 违反本条例规定，涉及建筑主体或者承重结构变动的装修工程，没有设计方案擅自施工的，责令改正，处50万元以上100万以下的罚款；房屋建筑使用者在装修工程中擅自变动房屋建筑主体和承重结构的，责令改正，处5万元以上10万元以下的罚款。有前款所列为，造成损失的，依法承担赔偿责任。
