释义	法律分析: 主观方面的表现为：本罪在主观上的表现是故意。客观方面的表现为： 1.伪造股票，公司、企业债券； 2.变造股票，公司、企业债券； 3.扰乱有价证券的管理制度； 4.达到数额较大的程度。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国刑法》第一百七十八条第二款伪造、变造股票或者公司、企业债券，数额较大的，处三年以下有期徒刑或者拘役，并处或者单处一万元以上十万元以下罚金；数额巨大的，处三年以上十年以下有期徒刑，并处二万元以上二十万元以下罚金。
