什么是一人公司？

法律分析：
一人公司是指只有一个股东的有限责任公司，我国现行公司法规定了一人有限责任公司。自然人和法人均可以出资设立一人有限责任公司。除此之外，我国公司法上的国有独资公司也属于一人有限公司，只是其投资主体特殊而已。
法律依据：
《中华人民共和国公司法》
第六十条 一人有限责任公司应当在公司登记中注明自然人独资或者法人独资，并在公司营业执照中载明。
第六十一条 一人有限责任公司章程由股东制定。
