释义	法律分析：一人公司是指只有一个股东的有限责任公司，我国现行公司法规定了一人有限责任公司。自然人和法人均可以出资设立一人有限责任公司。除此之外，我国公司法上的国有独资公司也属于一人有限公司，只是其投资主体特殊而已。法律依据：《中华人民共和国公司法》第六十条一人有限责任公司应当在公司登记中注明自然人独资或者法人独资，并在公司营业执照中载明。第六十一条一人有限责任公司章程由股东制定。
