释义	格式条款又叫霸王条款，是指一方单方制定，不容商量的条款，格式条款是当事人为了重复使用而预先拟定，并在订立合同时未与对方商量的条款。如果格式条款免除制定方的义务的，法律规定是无效的。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第五百零六条合同中的下列免责条款无效：检索报告（一）造成对方人身损害的；（二）因故意或者重大过失造成对方财产损失的。
