释义	自发出初审合格通知书起就进入等待公布阶段。经专利局初步审查符合专利法规定的，从申请日起18个月公布。法律依据：《中华人民共和国专利法》第三十四条国务院专利行政部门收到发明专利申请后，经初步审查认为符合本法要求的，自申请日起满十八个月，即行公布。国务院专利行政部门可以根据申请人的请求早日公布其申请。
