释义	法律分析：设计单位不能参与其有关系的施工招标项目，即一个工程，设计单位和工程施工单位一般不是同一家单位。法律依据：《工程建设项目施工招标投标办法》第三十五条投标人是响应招标、参加投标竞争的法人或者其他组织。招标人的任何不具独立法人资格的附属机构（单位），或者为招标项目的前期准备或者监理工作提供设计、咨询服务的任何人及其任何附属机构（单位），都无资格参加该招标项目的投标。你单位不能参与施工投标，不能以你单位名义参与投标。
