2、持款人：持票人是持有票据并享有票据权利的人，可以是票据的原始收款人或后续转让的受让人；
3、收款人。
票据的功能：
1、支付功能；
2、汇兑功能：指一国货币所具有的购买外国货币的能力；
3、信用功能。即票据当事人可以凭借自己的信誉，将未来才能获得的金钱作为现在的金钱来使用；
4、结算功能。即债务抵消功能；
5、融资功能。即融通资金或调度资金。票据的融资功能是通过票据的贴现，转贴现和再贴现实现的；
6、流通作用。指票据的转让无需通知其债务人，只要票据要式具备就可交付或背书转让票据权利。
综上所述，票据是代表一定数量货币请求权的有价证券，即货币证券。有价证券是一种代表财产所有权或债权各种票据的，以一定金额来记载的证书。【法律依据】：
《中华人民共和国票据法》第四条
出票人在制作票据时，应当根据法定条件在票据上签章，并根据记载事项承担票据责任。
持票人行使票据权利，应当按照法定程序在票据上签名、盖章，并出示票据。
其他票据债务人在票据上签章的，按照票据记载的事项承担票据责任。
本法所称票据权利，是指持票人向票据债务人请求支付票据金额的权利，包括付款请求权和追索权。
本法所称票据责任，是指票据债务人向持票人支付票据金额的义务。
