释义	法律分析：我国法律规定，对于应纳税所得额，一般是企业所得税的计税依据。计算的方式是纳税人纳税年度的收入总额，再减去准许扣除项目之后的余额。对于应纳税额，通常是纳税人按应纳税所得额的相应比例去向国家进行缴纳。用应纳税所得额乘以所得的税率，就等于应纳税额。在计算的时候，不得扣除规定的一些款项。法律依据：《中华人民共和国企业所得税法》第五条企业每一纳税年度的收入总额，减除不征税收入、免税收入、各项扣除以及允许弥补的以前年度亏损后的余额，为应纳税所得额。
